Hi everyone
I am 24 and have had symptoms since January 9th 2022, these include inflammation, deformity and mild erectile issues

I injured myself using a traction device (Jan 6th 2022) incorrectly and believe that I had stretched to the point of tearing something and causing scar tissue to form, although I did not see any bruising or signs of bleeding oddly, only a dull ache.

My deformity is on the left side of my shaft on the upper part, right underneath the glans. it looks lumpy and i have seemed to have lost a small, but noticeable amount of girth.
My penis is straight when fully erect, but when becoming erect it sometimes curves or has this look where the right side fills up much faster than the left, no doubt due to the scar.
I can provide a drawing, or even a photo if i'm comfortable for anyone who is interested.

I have gone to 3 different urologists, first one said I had minor scarring, said it should resolve itself in 6 months, prescribed Viagra and NSAIDs.
Second urologist said that they couldn't feel anything, said he had little knowledge of this topic. Third urologist said there was some scarring and prescribed me pentox 400 mg 3x a day and told me to come back in 3 months. None of them outright said I had Peyronies, maybe because I don't have curvature when I'm fully erect, but I have a feeling they just didn't want me to panic.

I have been on pentox for a month and a week now and I have just recently started taking Ubiquinol 300mg 1x a day. I am also using a heating pad and attempting to adhere to a keto diet and doing 1 - 3 day fasts  from time to time. I am seriously considering a VED (somaerect stf) but the people I have to order from are a bit hard to get a hold of (never at the office).
The pentox has decreased the inflammation pain, but I don't think it has changed the appearance of the deformity.

Mentally I was devastated at first, but over time I guess I became more tolerant (numb?), sometimes hopeful from what I have read here, have read some people pretty much fully recovering from much worse then what I have.

That being said, I only got on pentox 3 and a half months after the injury. My question is, is it even worth taking pentox for plaque/deformity reduction after so much wasted time?
And is it possible to break up the scar tissue and have it be replaced with healthy tissue with medication and VED use?
Any advice is appreciated

Why were you using the traction device to begin with? If you only have a minor dent and curvature while semi erect. Please do not do anything else. If you are getting good erections and you see no deformities while fully erect just learn to live with the small dent. You will do more damage trying to get your old penis back. None of the supplement are going to do anything for you. If you are able to have sex pain free with normal erection and the only deformities you see are dying semi hard just have to accept it

I have the deformity while fully erect, and I do not have good erections, I lose them in less than 30 seconds. I have had inflammation for months and the pentox has been helping with that, don't know why you'd say it doesn't do anything despite numerous studies.

Hey uberman. Welcome aboard.

The most recent evidence on Pentox suggests that it does not have any benefit, unfortunately. Please have a look:

Have you tried cialis daily to manage your Erectile Dysfunction?

I am sorry that my post is short. I am on the phone. I'll try to come back later to write a more informed reply

Hi, thank you for the welcoming

That website doesn't seem to say much about pentox, and I have had positive results from using it. I have read that it takes up to 3 months or more to really see effects.

I don't know if I can get Cialis, I'll try to ask next time I go, which will be in 2 months, don't know if it'll be too late by then. Besides last time I took whatever Viagra I was prescribed last time caused my heart to pound like crazy.

Again thank you for the response

There was a video webinar by Dr. Landron Trost where he spoke about pentox not being effective, as far as i can remember. He did say that. that's What the latest evidence points to.
