As per the pic -  indentations, dents and narrowing/hourglassing of my penis is very prevalent during counter-bending downwards. Is this normal? Or is this putting me at risk of further injury?

I'm not getting any pain but rather a nice stretchy feeling like I can feel the dents being stretched out.

If someone more experienced could please help as I am very worried about further injury!

Everything looks normal to me. You have buried the white lines and as long as you are not in pain don't worry. Continue with your traction therapy and track your progress.
