Should we take rest days from restorex???? I'm up to 18 days, haven't really had a rest day and not sure if it is necessary?

Anyone who have any idea?

I have not missed a day in 4 months and I'm just noticing a slight decrease in my curve- according to my Peyronies specialist 👍
So in my case it's a dedicated application of the regime prescribed by the good Dr Trost and my specialist
June 2021- observed curve
September - increased curve
October - confirmed Peyronies, refered onwards to Peyronies specialist Urologist - November
Meanwhile immediately commenced traction with RestoreX after initial  visit and confirmation

I will not cease from Mental Fight,
Nor shall my RestoreX sleep in my hand:
Till I have the straightest  Hampton,

It is a good question. I think that the best guidance will be your tool. If you  experience a resurgence of pain, then a rest period might be advisable.

Otherwise, no surrender!

Thanks Mikel7 but sadly I cannot take any credit for that! It was my twist on the poem Jerusalem , written by the great William Blake :)

Something of a desecration of an almost sacred poem to be honest but I hope he sees the humour which was intended :)

Next month will be two years for me with restx. During that time I took a two week break at about 1 year in and about 6 months ago I began doing traction only once per day in the mornings for 30min. Otherwise maybe missed 5 days total. I don't feel that it has hurt my progress but I've been at it awhile

That's a lot of traction! How effective has it been and were there any points at which you saw significant benefits? I. E after 6 months etc?

Yeah it is. I often think of stopping but it's become part of my routine. I was still seeing benefits after 6 months. I also changed the hinge point of the device at that point. My results are in line with the studies on the device...maybe 30 percent reduction. Sometimes seems like more. Hasn't done much for the dents although at one point long ago it seemed like it did. Overall it's been a progress that changes from time to time where things are not always the same but there are results so I'm thankful for that
