Hi everyone, I'm 25 years old and have a downwards curved (ventral) penis with a curvature of around 40-45 degrees (gradual, not very sharp)

I think I've had the curve since birth though I'm not completely sure. I do remember the first time I "masturbated" at the age of 11 or 12, I didn't know what I was doing and kind of did it by thrusting hard between the couch cushions. I do remember it hurting a bit (and feeling good because of the orgasm).

Also, I've had phimosis and frenulum breve most of my life, I only realised and started stretching at the age of 20, the phimosis was mostly fixed (though still a bit tight when erect). The frenulum breve is kind of better I think (not completely sure).

The reason why I think it might not be congenital is because I can feel something hard (scar tissue?) when I try to squeeze my flaccid penis in the middle region by placing my thumb and index finger on the left and right side. It is kind of painful when I apply more pressure while pressing it in that way. Note that I can easily squeeze the base of my penis in that way without any pain or feeling any hardness inside.

The reason I think it might not be Peyronie's is because the hard part (scar tissue?) is rather big and I can feel it starting somewhere between the base and middle of my flaccid penis till the middle of the glans (around 2 inches long).

I have no trouble masturbating and have had a porn addiction that I'm trying to beat.

I've only had sex once and at that time I couldn't stay hard for a long time without stimulation, also my frenulum did hurt a little when she was stroking me and during penetration.

Does anyone have any idea what that hard thing is/what I'm suffering from? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum.  Based on what you said I would guess this is a congenital curvature.  There is some chance you had a significant injury and like every healed injury in or on the body, it repaired the wound with scar tissue.  That is normal healing and is NOT Peyronies Disease.

The only way to get an answer is to have a doctor specializing in Peyronies Disease or a sexual medicine doctor examine you.  A regular urologist will not be much good.

Best wishes

Thanks for replying! I'll try to find a Peyronie's specialist around me.

Quick question, does the scar tissue in case of injury stay around forever or does it go away?

Scar tissue replaces normal tissue.  Just like a scar on your arm, it does not go away.  There is some chance it can become more flexible, but it can also calcify, so there is no certain answer.
