My scars are localized to the glans area where using a traction device in the typical way where it squeezes or presses on this area would cause more harm than good. Does anyone with similar scarring have any experience with using them in a modified way like with tape or something? This seems like the most helpful thing to lessen scars but I can't figure out a way to do it in my situation.

What are you expecting to get from traction therapy? Do you have a curvature?

Two plaques under the glans. Minimal pain, only congenital curvature.

Not yet but the I feel is increasing and I've read that curves show up soon after so I'm trying to get ahead of the game. I do have scar tissue which will benefit from the stretch. What I'm looking to get out of traction is lessening of scar tissue.
