RestoreX Counter Bending

I have an indentation on right side base which feels like my penis is smaller on the right side thus a curv happens to the left.

Also what seems like scar tissues on the underside which causes a curv upwards.

Would counter-bending to the left and downwards still be effective? I feel like doing the opposite would be more effective as it would be stretching where the side whre the penis is smaller?
