My RestoreX Traction Diary starting
« on: March 24, 2022, 05:58:04 AM »

Some background infor:

Peyronies for about 4 years, it got worse over time. Was using VED on n off. The period where I used VED for 3 months I found significant improvement in Erectile Dysfunction, girth an curvature (wood and NTE were great at this point). I had a gf and was still having amazing sex although cialis daily and Viagra as needed was required. Unfortunately I got cocky (pun intended) and overpumped setting me back years.

After that set back i had very bad Erectile Dysfunction, more narrowing, no wood. I got trauma induced Epididymitis (from the pump). I've attempted to use the pump again but it causes me too much discomfort and pain around my scrotum area.

At this point I have pain, painful erection, very unstable erection, significant dents on right side base and underside where there is a lot of pain, I can't sleep on certain sides due to pain (even in flaccid state). Pain when masturbating and pain after orgasm (now I abstained from sex and masturbating at this point).

My state of mind has been down the drain, I've been depressed, suicidal etc. Prior to starting restoreX I could not continue VED usage and seeing my penis go from some progress to even worse really took a toll on me. I was depressed every day, i found myself constantly angry asking why don't they give this disease to rapists and not some of us good men!

I was on Pentox but stopped recently as I just did not find it effective.

I also started Keto about 6 weeks ago (I can't say it made much difference tbh). I also recently started self-administered TRT (can't say whether it's made much difference either).

It's my fourth day of using RestoreX today.

1st day - 2 x 30m sessions at 3 clicks
2nd day 2x 30m sessions - 1 sesh at 3 clicks second sesh at 4 clicks
3rd day 3 x 30m sessions 1 sesh at 4 clicks and 2 sesh at 5 clicks
4th day (today) 2 x 30m sessions - both at 5 clicks

Today I made some observations:

Checked my erection, I had a painless erection. My penis hangs longer when flaccid. I was able to orgasm without pain. I also noticed that my penis feels fuller when erect - almost like the dents are filling up or some of the girth is coming back. I was able to masturbate without pain. I was able to orgasm without pain. I'm walking around and there isn't a painful feeling when my penis moves in certain directions.

I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or if its just me but it seems like already after 4 days I am seeing some improvement so to anyone else out there who is struggling mentally and physical just remember there is hope!

Some modifications I did to the device:

When I first started using it I could not bury the white lines. I also could not leave it on for long as I just felt like it would injure my penis further. After days of experimenting I used the make-up pad technique - I then ensured I was clamping on the head of the penis and was able to really clamp it down to 4 clicks on the clamp. I would click it once, wait a few seconds and then again (Thanks to use Pfract for the advice). When clamped so hard I would get discomfort but I would not really feel pain. Eventually I was able to extend the device 5 clicks then release the tension and leave on for 30m each session. I am currently only doing straight traction for 2 weeks then I will experiment with counter-bending.

Thanks to user pfract and other users who gave some inspiration, tips and support!

I'm now in a much better state of mind and just the fact that i'm aking progress and working towards improvement (no matter how small the steps may be) has given me some happiness and hope!

Anyone else out there who is suffering please read this and understand that there is always a solution.. What's happened has happened and we as men associate our penis with our manhood. Losing your dick is can questoin your reason to live sometimes. Just remember there is always a solution! Take the necessary precautions, stay positive. Try not to keep thinking about the past and what can't be changed - rather stay proactive - work towards a goal - that may be VED, dietary changes, traction or even surgery/implant!

I will eventually be adding VED and possibly either PMP or Phallosan forte to my routine as well. Will also be doing keto, TRT and weight and cardio training regularly.

My goal is to be cured and healed of peyrnoies then continue traction and VED to have an even bigger and girthier penis than before peyronies. This will be my personal compensation for having to deal with this disease for the past four years!

Stay strong guys - Will keep updating!

Hey JJ!

So nice to see you made a diary! Some points... You stopped pentox and i agree with you. The most recent evidence which you can find on Dr. Landon Trost's website says that it is not effective and the evidence doesn't show any meaningful results. Literally a waste of time. I don't see keto making a difference either but it doesn't hurt to try in the short term. Remember that Keto is high in fat's and it takes a toll on the long run, not even mentioning that it is hard to stay compliant with that diet.

It sucks that you have been in that state of mind.... i understand you deeply. This is so hard to deal with... But stay strong. You have restorex now!
Like i said, don't overdo it.. .follow instructions to a T and forget about VED for now! less is more here! I am astonished you made it to 5 clicks!? damn! Even i haven't had the courage to do so. lol

I appreciate it a lot you thanking me. Feels nice to know that i was able to help out somebody on something i was struggling too in the past. The only thing i have to add is for you not to be afraid of adding some pictures to document your journey with the device. It really helps others and also gives you a comparison basis for the near future shall you need it.

Stay strong man and keep me updated!

Update.. It's been about a week. Some possible improvements are:

- erection feels fuller
- some pain has subsided (although still there)
- I can maintain an erection for longer (without viagra)

Nothing else to report. It took a lot of getting used to and trial and error of device positions etc to find the most comfortable and effective way to use the device.

Will update again in a wekk.

Have also measured my Bone pressed erect length at 6.5 inches (with a curve and twist so was a bit difficult to get it accurate). Will be monitoring length improvement as well as curvature. I think pre peyronies I was about 7 inches - never really measured.

Will be measuring girth too to track improvements later on.

Update:

It's been about 16 days - usually doing 3 x 30m sessions per day. Have maxed out the current rods. Will be adding extension rods and counterbending in maybe 2 weeks or longer (taking it slow). I did attempt a downwards counter-bend traction and I can definitely say I can feel the difference - really gives it a superior stretch.

Some observations:

- pain has nearly fully subsided
- Erections feel fuller
- Flaccid penis is thicker
- Flaccid Penis hangs lower and a bit straighter
- Some places where I had dents where it would inhibit my penis from moving in those directions seems to be imrpoving

I think pretty soon I could re-commence VED and manual traction again without worrying about pain.
