Mr man

Hello all,

2.5 years ago I started treatment. Using a traction device. Positive results took a while. Curvature reduced from 45 degrees to about 18 degrees. However, have hit a snag.

Am experiencing pain. Also a indentation on the curvature his grown alarming large. It's making a narrow base to penis. Curvature itself seems to have increased. Peyronie's appears active again.

Apart from resting penis. What else can I do? Anyone else having long term negative effects? Please can you help?
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

VED did help me a lot with indentation and girth in the past - just have to be very careful not to injure yourself. I would usually rest for a few days until pain subsides then continue and only light pumping. I think theres a study somewhere which proves that even pumping to 30% erection can have benefit.

May I ask what you believe was the course of the new injury?
34 Years Old...Peyronies for 4 years. 20 Degree left and upwards curvature, major dents and narrowing, ED.

Implant + Tunica Expansion Procedure, 7th Feb 2023, Titan 22cm +1cm RTE, Partial revision 27th June 23 (fix pump, remove 10ml reservoir).

Bud luck

Mr man, I got a similar issue. Traction helped me at the beginning with the curve, but it narrowed the base of my penis causing a "hinge" effect when it's not full erected, that is why I don't do traction anymore.
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

Hello all,
It's been months since I first did this post. I thought an update might be helpful. To anyone reading.

According to Dr trost, Peyronie's can reappear after 3.5 years. So a re-occurrence is not abnormal.

I restarted traction. It has helped some but overall. I have a 30 degrees bend 😂

Although length is increased by about .5cm. This is because the plaque has been stretched rather then dissipated.
