Unique Case: What options do I have?

I'm a Nigerian so my case is unique in the sense that I can't afford many of the suggested treatments on this forum in the long term. They're outrageously expensive in my country! Right now, what seems to make sense in my case is surgery since it'll hopefully be a permanent solution as opposed to spending money that I don't have on supplements/devices that will never even cure me fully.

I've looked up the costs of the plication surgery and implants in the US and implants appear to be more expensive than surgery even though I'd have preferred that as a final solution. But the biggest problem I may have is finding a reliable doctor/hospital in my country where I can get the procedure done. I already went to a urologist and the response was underwhelming just as many have experienced on this forum. The info I've seen so far on the forum suggests that there are very few specialists in the world who can perform good surgeries for peyronies (correct me if I'm wrong).

If so, what can I actually do? Am I doomed to suffer with this disease till my penis shrinks completely? Don't mean to be whiner but I think I'm one of the people on this forum who has it the worst when it comes to this disease since I can't even afford the basic treatments and keep seeing my dick worsen in front of me. Please any input would be appreciated.
