I posted on here last night but I was up pretty late and just stressed about the whole situation so my post was fairly low quality, so I am now redoing it with some pictures

About 5 days ago I had sex with my girlfriend and my penis hurt and went semi-soft, I continued to try to have sex a few times later and it hurt each time.

Immediately after sex I devolved a bump or white scar that you can see in these images.

The "bump" feels soft. My symptoms have been nerve like pain in my leg, head of penis, pain at the base of the penis and nerve pain near the anus. Also pain is worse after masturbation so I am abstain from stimulation

First few days erections were soft but that seems to have gotten better

I am probably going to go to a doc in a few days but I would really appreciate input beforehand.

After some reading I am starting to believe I may have a minor penis fracture.

TDLR: Hurt my penis during sex, now have white scar line and some nerve pain. Is this a fracture, pyronines or something else?

Also I am a 20 year old male if that is important

Welcome to the forum and I'm sorry about your situation. First thing you should do is get checked out by a urologist or better yet a peyronies specialist. Your curvature looks normal and you may have had some light trauma. It is best to leave things alone and get an appointment. You should educate yourself on peyronies before your Dr visit. Here is the link to the survival guide -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057 . This will give you an understanding of the disease and it's current treatments.

Secondly if you could please fill in your signature line. Here are the instructions --> https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,10819.0.html .  This gives othe members a quick glance into your history with peyronies and you will get a better response from other members.
You have one thing in your favor and that is you are young and heal faster that us older guys here. Don't start worrying about things either. This may be nothing and will heal in time. Do get an appointment though.  Mikel7  :)

Thank you for the response. A big question I have though before I see the docotor is, is a slight injury necessarily peyronies?

Basically the bottom line is that peyronies can be classified as a healing disorder of the penis.

Can't explain the pain you're feeling, but the ridge you're showing in the pictures appears to me to be a circumflex vein - google it for images. If it's soft, that also would indicate a vein.
