Well hello everybody!

Where do I start? Im sure I casued the damage to myself, I have been addicted to porn for many years and some months back when I was watching porn I felt like i casued some trauma to my penis and it was hurting but the pain was gone the day after. Now little over a week ago I noticed a bend to the left and it hurts when I'm erect. This has casued me great distress and I'm feeling very down. I'm hopeful that I will find a soultion to my probelm, I'm seeing my doctor next week but I'm not too optimistic about it.

Some advice on what to expect would be nice since I'm very confused about this whole thing.

And btw, I quit wathing porn for good and I have kept mastrubating to a minimum since I noticed the curve.

Thanks, Dave out.

Hi DaveAlexander,
First of all, don't be too hard on yourself.  There are billions of guys who love to masturbate to porn and you'll never know exactly why you now have a bend.  It might be difficult to give up porn altogether but it's a good idea to keep the wanking on the gentle side.
As for where to start, the first thing you need is a reliable diagnosis.  It's good you have a doctor's appointment, but be sure to interview your doctor and find out if he/she is familiar with Peyronie's.  If not, find one who is.  At the same time, if you find a doctor who claims to have miracle solutions and wants to put you under a knife or inject you right away, you should also be wary.  Peyronie's is not well understood, especially the way it starts and can either stop or get worse.  More rarely, it can also just get better by itself.   It's important therefore to make sure that the doctor you see has some good experience, good ideas, and is good at expressing them.
What I have learned from being a moderator on this forum for a few years is that no one is completely sure why they got Peyronies Disease, no one knows exactly what to do to fix it, and that driving yourself crazy trying to fix it by pulling your dick like mad or taking a zillion different supplements and drugs is usually not super productive.  A certain amount of accepting is important.  Accept that you have it, keep an open mind and listen to all the ideas different people have on fixing it, but also be sure to exercise critical thinking and not go off the deep end with attractive-sounding cures and devices that may end up making you worse -- especially surgery.  Sticking scalpels or needles into your penis should really be a last resort.
Of course there are many men who say they've have had good results with traction, VEDs, injections, implants... All fine - just be analytical and question everything.
Finally, keep in mind that this is not the end of sex and it is not the end of love.  If you have a loving partner, or just a partner who loves sex, you can still be happy together.  There are many ways to make a woman come and it doesn't have to be done with a massive porn star dick.  Staying positive is the best thing you can do for yourself (Peyronie's or not!).

Bud luck

Nobody in the world knows how to "fixed" Peroynes, every single "therapy" that is out there can make your condition better, same o worse. My penis has been getting worse since the trauma over 2 years ago. I tried everything to stop the progression: Traction, Supplements, VED, Heat, Castor Oil..but the worst thing I've ever did was the PRP injection, it created more narrowing, unestability and worst ED.
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend

Hey man, thank you so much for your reply. And thank you for the advice all around. And after some research it is obvious that there are a lot of people who wants to offer you a solution. But one thing is for certain I'm not gonna get surgery or injections! That sounds way too risky, so I think I'm gonna invest in a traction device but first I'm seeing my doctor. And one of the things that really bothers me is how is a future girlfriend react? But you are right, we just need to find someone who is understanding. I'm gonna try to stay positive even though this sucks!
