Hi there,

I have been having some bizarre problems with my erections over the past years, even before the onset of Peyronies. For some reason, my nocturnal/morning erections stoped to occur on daily basis and I have it only from time to time (hard to define how often I have it). Sometimes I have it in the morning but sometimes I don't have it for days. Of course, I was concerned and so went to several urologists to consult on this but not much help.

I think this problem got worse with the onset of Peyronies: more and more anxiety plus some problems with metabolism that might affect it (vitamine D deficiency; testosterone levels are fine but some other sexual hormones sufficient but almost low). Of course, because of so much stress, sexual abstention and fear of masturbation (fear of making it even worse), my libido has been not as high as I would like it to be. Also, my erections are completely fine when I watch porn, for example, but overall libido has been quite and quite low. Also, I find it quite hard to maintain erection unless I constantly stimulate it. Can it be because of Peyronies? I think I had this problem even before. Can it be because of my pelvic muscles or something like this?

Do you have any advice or anything I could do to improve my sexual health?

Thanks,

Cyril
