It was very helpful information supplied by The good Dr Trost recently to a quest regarding duration of time in traction.
He said that cells achieve maximum stretch at or around 30 minutes.  After that there's no benefit from remaining in traction longer than 30 minutes at a single session.
My Peyronies specialist recommended I stretched 3x 30 minutes daily.
Drawing some conclusions from Dr Trost's answer perhaps several sessions daily whenever we can find 30 minutes is beneficial.
Obviously one wouldn't do sessions end on end just to satisfy the 30 minutes protocol. But I thought  busy people could fit in more sessions.
I definitely am very happy to find my specialists recommendation.
