hitting top of B cylinder

As my penis inflates in the B Cylinder it does so on an upwards curve n sometimes hits the top which I fear can cause more damage. I usually deflate once this happens.

Does this happen to anyone else? And what would be more productive - just pumping less in the B Cylinder or moving straight on to C cylinder? I already am not using A Cylinder.
