So minoxidil is known to distrust collagen production. Is this crazy? It might be good during the acute phase.

What say you guys?

Symptoms: Left curve in flaccid and semi, slight indent near left base, loss of hardness, HF, slight loss of girth and length.
Diagnosed in November of 2022.
Currently taking supplements, cialis and traction.

I'm not a doctor, but keep in mind that Minoxidil is designed to retard male-pattern baldness on the top of the head.  The drug is mixed into a solution or a foam and spread onto the scalp.  It acts as a vasodilator, that is, it causes the blood vessels in the skin of the scalp to expand, and this stimulates the hair cells, somehow causing them to grow more hair or not lose their hairs.  It is not known exactly how Minoxidil works but it is known to have a number of side effects, some of which can be serious.
  Bottom line is, this is a powerful chemical and I definitely wouldn't put in anywhere near my dick.  I can think of no reason to assume that because Minoxidil seems to reduce collagen PRODUCTION in hair cells, it would somehow magically rush right into the tunica of the penis and dissolve the plague which is causing Peyronie's.
