Hello,

I'm having peyronies for 10 years, chronic phase, small scar (10mm), i can't even feel it.I have 30 degrees upwards curvature and 15degrees to the right side, no pain.
I used pmp for almost 3 months (150 hours-no improvement) but my penis head has changed the shape and it looks smaller than before.Did anyone had that problem? Can i buy a alternative for the suction chamber ?Now i have problems with the sluices, i can't use it no more.I think they have some micro tears and i can't use it anymore.

I dont know about the change of the shape of the glans, i dont think theres an alternative for the suction chamber but if your problem is that its squeezing on your penis too tightly then you can play with the sizes of the split adapter.
when i used the pmp i ordered more sluices when the ones i used were no longer useable, you can buy them separately.

I tried doing that and it still didnt work for me so i purchased phallosan forte aswell as restorex

You can try working with the different sluices or look into my mod I posted about latex balloons. They are cheap and you might find a better comfortable fit. It sounds like your sluice could be too tight.  I had to experiment with different combos until I found what works for me. You should not be having any permanent damage from the glans chamber - you need to change things up.

I used the PMP for about 5 months with minimal issues.  The last 2 months had so many issues with the glans chamber sliding off.  I'm still trying to work thru it.  I might end up just settling for traction by hand when all is said and done.

In the last 2 months the PMP has definitely deformed my glans right where the ridge of the glans meets the shaft on the dorsal side.  When I'm fully erect it's not as noticeable.

As I said above I'm still tinkering with the PMP hoping it will not damage my glans/head anymore.  It's pretty tough to prevent this thing from slipping.  Also right now I'm not using any tension.

I'm starting to think the only men who can benefit from the PMP are those who have a large glans to begin with.  If you have a smaller/medium glans you will probably have slippage and maybe enough to lead to deformations.

Age: 44
Large Indentation 3/16/20, lead to Penile Microfracture on 6/26/21.  Still suffering from large indentation, some wasting on other side of penis and large nodule when erect in center of penis (dorsal). Penis is straight & erections are good.
