Hello!

Just wanted to introduce myself. I am 45 years old. Nearly two months earlier I was diagnosed with Peyronie's disease. I have lump on the right side of my glans, between corpus Cavernosum, corpus spongiosum and urethra. The lump is about 5x10mm and probably is almost totally calcified (very quickly). Next week I'm going to my urologist to check it and convince him to change Potaba to pentoxyfiline.

I would like to thank Hawk and others. This forum is very, very helpful.

Welcome Zaranin to the forum. Thank you for filling out your signature line.  This gives a quick reference regarding your peyronies and your treatments. You will also get a better response from other members.

You also need to download and read the survival guide -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057 . This will give you a ton of info regarding peyronies and it's treatments.

In your first visit with your Dr did he actually do an ultrasound? Calcifiaction can be seen on anultrasound and I wouldn't assume that yours is calcified without a proper diagnosis. Have your erections been affected?
You could use daily Cialis as this helps things out immensely.  Have you taken any measurements to see if you have lost size?  If so you should look into traction therapy as this helps preserve size.  On your next
Dr visit you should make a list of questions to have him answer.  Search the forum as other members have probably gone through what you are experiencing. Mile Widziany ( welcome in Polish)  :)  Mikel7

I also have a calcified lump of similar size and location.
Do you have pain and/or curvature yet?

I've read The Survival Guide. Among other drugs I take Tadalafil, which is active ingredient in Cialis. I had ultrasound three times. Last time was four weeks ago. Every three examinations showed increasing calcification (3, 4 and 4.8mm wide). Now I feel that my lump is still growing. I've taken measurements and photos with ruler. My erections are almost not affected, although I take antidepressants, which decreased my libido. I have my small curvature (a few degrees to the right) and it did not progressed yet. Approximately one month ago I have been feeeling slight pain during erections. Now I don't feel pain during erections, although slight pain around septum when touching lump. I have list of questions and printed medical papers about Pentox. I've read almost all forum and did not find any informations about similar situation. In Polish welcome = witaj.  :)

I am new here but have a similar problem. My lump is right before the glans on the underside. It hurts when I pee and feels somewhat like a poking feeling when flaccid and hard. I don't know what to do. My urologist has refused to prescribe Pentox.
