Any doctors in the UK that support traction in acute phase?

Currently looking for a second opinion after my first Uro said not to do traction I could make things worse.

Currently considering the PMP but would like to talk to a doctors that supports it's use at this stage.

I have read a couple of studies showing promising results for acute phase but I haven't read any that support the thesis that it makes things worse.
