Does anyone here do traction by hand?
Has it helped at all? Does counterbending manually help?
If so, can you please describe your technique and how much time you devote towards it everyday.

MIA - nothing works after 5 months

cialis, pentox, magnesium chloride, dim, turmeric, hyaluronic acid, vitamin k2, paba, l-arginine, l-citrulline. either get surgery (and possible ed), get implant, or pray
