Can I assume that the hard lump on my penis is peyronies?
I've tried looking online to see if it could be something else but are lumps on the penis only classed as scar tissue?

Began 2021 with pain & deformity, Unknown cause
The bend has reduced significantly on its own, I'm left with 2 large lumps on each side at the base
