hi all

i took a week off traction and am getting back to it. i feel i can get back to my usual rhythm but also don't want to push it too much.

is it worth building up slowly or can i already do 6 hours from the beginning? my penis seems to handling it quite well

any advice would be appreciated

i had some wierd pain in my testicle, think i might have accidentally hit it whilst during traction or something. luckily that's fully resolved

did you notice any setbacks in progress during this week without traction?
i will probably need to stay 3-4 weeks without it in the next month

i would also restart slowly
