Bump after 4 months - pics and description provided.
« on: April 17, 2021, 11:40:56 PM »

Hi there.

After a masterbation binge lasting a few months I have developed a lump on my penis. Pictures below. Its completely painless and I have no curvature. I've noticed I've had it for 5 months now. It's the size of a half grain of rice and is located on the top left side of my penis about 5 cm from the head of my penis on my shaft. It is under the skin but attached to the outer part of the shaft on my penis. I can feel it flacid or erect. It is pertruding from my shaft not going inward. Very difficult to feel but it's there. It can almost feel as if it's a vein but it's stuck to the shaft of my penis and does not move when it's erect or flacid. I'm wondering if this is lympocele or mondhors. It's definitely from rough masterbation and I use my left hand and it's on the left side. Does the lump from lymphocele/mondors stick to the shaft of the penis or does it move around?
Is peyronies an outward or inward bump/dent? Is it possible for a lympocele/mondhors lump to be present for more than a couple months? Fyi I have no stopped masterbation for more than a week.

Please see the link below for pictures. There is a vein which seems swollen which is not the bump that is not hard. The bump is just below and to the left of it. I'm not sure if it's part of that vein but it does feel as if it is in the same direction/groove of that vein.

Any help is tremendously appreciated.

Welcome Johnadams90!  Here you will find a great community of men and a wealth of information not found elsewhere. The first thing you need to do is to read the survival guide and then read it again ---> https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057 . This will give you a better understanding of some of your questions concerning peyronies , injuries, etc..... You then need to fill in your profile and signature line --->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,10819.0.html . This will allow other members to be know exactly where you are in your current condition and you will get a better response to your post.

As far as your question goes yes very vigorous masturbation has had some damaging effects for some of us.  Reducing frequency and being more gentle can calm things down. If your symptoms don't change you may need to get an appointment with a Dr to further investigate things.  :)  Mike

brother, I hope this helps you feel better. Do not listen to anybody who says “if there’s a lump in your penis that is firm and doesn’t move with the skin, it automatically equals a plaque or scar tissue” . This is NOT true. Many years ago I had 2 FAT lumps that actually were a bit uncomfortable and slightly painful on my penis. They were present both flaccid and erect . I thought they were plaques , they were actually really hard veins. Eventually they just went away . I was masturbating daily at the time, and I think that was the cause but who knows. The doctor did tell me that sometiems that can happen if you’re having sex or masturbating often and that it’s nothing to worry about. They usually go away on their own with time. To answer some of your questions, YES swollen veins can stay like that for months on end. They are always tied to the shaft because there are veins on the shaft. You should be fine, especially 5 months no pain no curve. But if you need peace of mind seriously go see a urologist that’s listed on this forum if you have PPO insurance and see if they’ll give you an ultrasound to check for plaque . , If you don’t just go see a regular uro and ask if they think that lump is scar tissue. For now, try to take it a little bit easier on the masturbation, be sure to always use some kind of lube as well dont masturbate dry.

Penis injury in late 2017. A lump formed at injury site that caused no deformity, just pain and a palpable lump. Pain is improving through proper rest and use, diet, and mindfulness. I am always learning and looking to share things that have helped.
