Asphyxia

What if i put my penis in a round tube at night to prevent it from curving when getting an erection and secure it somehow?
Would it help or is it dangerous? any opinions on that?
Age:23. Onset of symptoms: september 2020.
Curve mostly semi erect about 60 degrees, slight pain
Tried short & prolonged fasts, keto, carnivore, traction and most of the supplements.
Severe digestive issues, probably an autoimmune disorder

It sounds like a good idea, but I would not try it. You would not want to do any damage to yourself.
Lump 4/2020, age 63 , Dr Levine 6-26-20, Dors Curve 11/2020, Peyronies
Vit E400mg, COQ10, Heat Therapy, Penimaster, Pentox, Cialis, Restorex
SNHL 7/2020 - Stopped all Meds because ototoxicity  Heat/traction/VED are working. CPPS Diagnosis - Stable :)

What damage were you thinking of?
I thought of putting a sock or something on the penis to prevent friction, or to put some oil on the tube.

I guess theres also a risk with turning and twisting during sleep, not sure how risky it would be if i dont ever turn to my stomach though, only to the side,
I came up with a way to not turn during sleep at all though but it hurts not to move all night and caused me to wake up

When we sleep you never know if you are going to turn this way or that. What if the tube got bent in a direction that injured you more?

The method i came up with in order to not ever turn during sleep is to put a desk above my small bed(above thighs area, below the penis).
That disabled my from turning because i couldnt lift my legs, but as i mentioned it did cause me to wake up during sleep, i wonder if i can get used to it and not wake up.

Hey:

You should forget about such an arrangement for helping straighten your Dick. This can and will cause further to your already injured penis. VED therapy has been used successfully to help rid members of Peyronies Disease symptoms.

Do some research on the forum about the VED subject. There are hundreds of posts in the VED board section of the home page index. You will find posts that are pros and those that are cons. Read as many posts as you have time for and keep an open mind while reading. You should make notes of questions that you have so you ask for clarification and answers.
