I have had Peyronies for a number of years now. I have had surgery to correct the curvature about two years ago as nothing else worked for me. My question is I still have a small nod of plaque. I believe it is calcified by now. I was wondering if they are anyway to reduce it or remove it. Or am I stuck with this for the rest of my life!

The scar tissue doesn't go away by itself. Only with surgery (excision), but not every plaque causes problems like pain or curvature. Maybe you're in the second phase.

Jimuk, how are you making assumptions that it is calcified now. Not all people's plaque get calcified. Xiaflex along with traction can break that plaque.

I am assuming it is "Calcified" I mean it is hard like a pea. It was soft when I first started with Peyronies.  I could be in the second phase now!.  I was just generally asking if it could be broken down. it is not issued just was asking out of curiosity. I will speak with my urologist about Xiaflex once the lockdown has slowed down a bit. Thanks for your replies.

Calcified is when the plaque actually has deposits of hard like bone formation inside of it.

Hardness of plaque can come from normal collagen deposition and doesn't necessarily mean calcium has been deposited. So yeah speak to a doctor and after ultrasound he can tell for sure.
