Cialis with an implant, does engorged the glands?. How does it feels?

After trying everything to help my Peroynes, I realized that the only thing that help with deformity and ED is the implant. I take Cialis everyday and I like the way it feels, how does it feel with an implant? Do you feel the blood flow on your penis? Does help engorged your glands?.

Good question Bud, I used to take Cialis, but I changed over to Viagra. I take a Viagra about 30 minutes before I plan on having sex or if sex is unexpected, I will chew 1/2 tablet to get it into my blood stream faster.
Taking the viagra ensures the head of my penis stays engorged while having sex. I took Viagra and Cialis pre implant and of course the did not keep
My penis erect long enough to reach an orgasm.
So I guess what o am saying is that if it works for you now, you should get the same effect. By the way, I don't always use Viagra, but it does give me that extra hardness.

I know that Stepone would clarify that by "extra hardness," he is in no way talking about his shaft.  A Titan implant makes it harder than you have probably ever been.  Certainly harder than since you were 17.  The only extra you get is the spongiosum will fill out, and the glans will fill out IF A CIALIS DOES THAT TO YOU NOW.  For the 100th time.  Your glans and spongiosium will react EXACTLY as they did before an implant, both with and without a PDE5 inhibitor.

Once I have the implant, I will have to break up with the girlfriend, she is totally against the implant, she doesn't understand how I feel. I hope when I have an implant my erection angle is at least 90 degrees,is about the same length, I don't get an infection, erosion, floppy glands, malfunction....

Not only her, but other women that I talk to, but I don't have another choice. My erections are getting worse and I'm starting to have performing anxiety, depression and anxiety in general. Honestly, I never heard of a woman opposed to an implant, and that goes for single men who go out with a lot of different women.  My guess is that it is your presentation.  They would have no clue you had an implant if you did not tell them, and once you had sex with them and told them, they would be back for more unless they are just women who are not into sex.
