Sensitivity/Erection changes with traction

I've been using RestoreX for about a month now. Some days my erections are strong and often, and some days they're not. However, I'm always able to achieve one for sex. I've also noticed decreased sensation in the penis. Is this normal with traction, specifically the RestoreX? Also, is it temporary? Lastly, with the RestoreX, am I supposed to clamp directly on the glans or just below it?

I've been using restorex too, I haven't really noticed changes in sensitivity. Clamp should be just under glans at the intersection. Erection quality varies for me too.
