So I was always into being dominant in the bedroom and sorry to be graphic rougher sex etc. is there anything I need to avoid to make sure I don't make the problem worse? Obviously use lube etc. but does this mean no having sex like I used too? (Deepthroat, fast & or hard vaginal sex, titty F^@$!ng) is that too rough for my injured d?

Well, you need to be more cautious now.
Will you ever be able to do what you used to? It depends. How bad is your Peyronie?

Well it's still acute phase it's slightly shorter on the left side and has an estimated  25-30 upward and a 25-30° Left curve. I have some veins around the top and side that are pretty painful but I worst feeling like not using it might lose it you know?

My doctor suggested to keep going about my life and that I don't really need to change anything. He thinks sex may help it's just hard to know what's up I've heard so many different things. It'd be interesting to see stats of guys who with held from sex vs guys who didn't during the active phase

Apologies if I'm being graphic but my biggest loss and fear is not being able to facef*ck my girls and f*ck them from behind anymore. Because of this joke of a disease my dick is very immobile and it feels like it would break in a second of wild intercourse..
In your case, I'd be careful, man.
30 degree dorsal curve, immobility and heavy loss of girth.
My body seems to get very inflamed when I masturbate too often or eat unhealthy.
Using antioxidants, Pentox and hirudoid cream, as well as manual traction, heat and Cialis.

Yeah man it really is terrible I'm only 26 and it feels like hell. What are the safest positions for you? I am newly going to start again this Saturday my gf had been getting antsy and it's been months.

But my whole thing is it either works or it doesnt, so why not just use it if it breaks get a prosthetic or whatever? Or is this thinking flawed?

I think being careful at first and then continue to explore what is possible for you and your partner is key here. Even if rough sex is your thing, I would hold off that at the start and just get a general appreciation of what is possible.

Sex used to be impossible for me with a 60 degree curvature, significant pain and no Cialis. Now, with less curvature, less pain and Cialis, and after taking it step by step, I'd say the only thing that I do not fee comfortable with is sadly the doggy style. Maybe my doggydays are over, or maybe I'll be able to do it again some time...

So - take it slow, keep experimenting and compromise at the start. I am not sure it has to be an approach of 'either it works or it doesn't', more like 'what can I do under these circumstances'. If your condition improves then so will your ability to do a bit more of what you used to.
Early 30s, diagnosed with Peyronies in 2017 after trauma during sex. ca 15 degrees upward curvature. Restorex, VED, 5mg Cialis, Pentox, L-arginine, Coq10, Propolis, Vitamin E. Underwent 12 rounds of Verapamil injections 2021-22

What are the safest positions for you?

Any position that the woman goes on top is not a safe position. Unless she's on top and you do the job while she's standing still. But if she's bouncing and your penis escapes, the next bounce her weight might face your curved penis, and this is not a good scenario, especially if your penis has a narrowing.
