Cold/Numb penis when doing Traction

Hey,

I've been having multiple problems when doing traction by using penimaster pro. The most recent one is my penis becoming cold during and after using penimaster pro. This first began maybe couple weeks ago, at first I just carried on using the device as I'm determined to try to consistently do traction to get some sort of results in lessening the bend (it's really my only hope it feels like)  but couple days ago my penis became cold and numb to the point I thought I had to stop. I'm currently taking a break for a couple days with penimaster pro but doing some Manual traction instead. I believe maybe it's due to loss of blood circulation to the penis but I'm just guessing. Has anyone else had this problem with penimaster pro or traction in general and how do you fix it?

Any replies are appreciated thanks

I had the same problem with androperoynes, now I'm wearing for 30 min each. With 30 min my pens doesn't get cold
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

MichaelThomas

Yeah the problem is only 30 minutes makes it difficult to do 6+ hours a day because of all the breaks you have to take. How long were you breaks and how long did you use it each day? Have you saw any results?

I have andropeyronies and penimaster pro, for me andropeyronie restricts the blood, penimaster does not, have you tried playing around with the sizes of the sluices? Or maybe you need to take off those 2 half circles that you fit inside, just guessing though.

Tried short & prolonged fasts, keto, carnivore, traction and most of the supplements.
Severe digestive issues, probably an autoimmune disorder

MichaelThomas

Yes I did at the start and found the ideal size at the time which allowed me to fit in and also stay in. Im not 100% sure but I feel this has little to do with the devices and simply just traction as I've also been getting this cold feeling whilst only doing manual traction yesterday and today. The wise thing to do would be take a break from both manual traction and penimaster pro but I almost feel guilty as I want to do as much traction as I can to get the best results.

I get cold from using restore x too, apparently it is normal and you shouldn't be bothered.

That's reassuring, but how cold should you get before you stop? surely your penis becoming so cold constantly over a long period of time isn't good. Should you stop when it becomes cold or carry on regardless even when your getting almost numb?

With restore x they tell you to limit each session to 30 minutes. You can repeat the sessions multiple times a day but with atleast 30 minutes gap between them. Based on this. Protocol there were no significant adverse effects in the studies.

I experienced this the first few days, too. I try to use only 1,5 pumps to suck the glans in the device and now I don't have this problem anymore.

With the PMP I take a small 5 minute break every 2 to 2 1/2 hours and massage everything and start over. I think you may have your traction set to high and/or your glans placement is not correct . Also do you wear the device up or down wil aslo affect it. Mike

I've always only used 1.5 pumps to suck in my glans but never really had this problem until last couple weeks. Did you do anything particularly to stop this?

I had to stop wearing the device due to another problem which was hurting my balls so I use the belt extender and this seems to have take away that pain so I always use it lying down in bed.

With PMP I take lengthy breaks from 30 mins to hours. I only use the device no longer than 1 hour usually less as I've been having multiple other problems too so trying to start slow n build it up. One of the other problems is my balls hurt when wearing the device so I had to stop wearing the device and instead just use the belt extender. I always wear it lying down in bed I'm not sure if this affects it.

Definitely take breaks. RestoreX states that you should rest every 30 minutes, and RestoreX makes your glans quite blue and cold. Should be harmless but just rest it every now and then. Does it get blue? Only numb doesn't seem too worrisome to me.. Do you have neuropathy?

As in, do you feet or hands burn at night after a meal?

I usually take lengthy breaks no less that 30 mins even breaks that last a couple hours. Also, I only ever do 1 hour sessions max no longer. My whole penis gets very cold and numb after even a few minutes of traction which lasts a long time after stopping, usually lasts hours. Even with manual traction it gets cold, however, definitely not nearly as cold as PMP. My glans don't go blue but the top half my glans have gone white at the tip and this lasts for hours and is more prevalent when erect. However I'm guessing this is more to do with manual traction than PMP. I also do not have neurotherapy as far as I know.

Maybe use a heat sock while wearing the device? I always use one 15 min before I put the device on
Curve: 35°
Traction, heat, pelvic floor exercises, L-citrulline

MichaelThomas

Yes I do the same thing always before I do traction and sometimes after. I'm very consistent with before use but inconsistent applying heat after traction.

This started happening to me too, pain follows if its really numb, i have to touch it every like 10 minutes to make sure and its really annoying, have you found any solution that works for you?

Im using the hose so i cant measure by pumps, besides, the sluice requires more vaccum as its loosening from use

@Asphyxia
You told me, you're using ~1.000 g of tension. Maybe you should reduce the tension down to ~600 g and take breaks every 2 hours and don't wear the device too long like you're doing now.

I sometimes wear it with 600 and sometimes 1000 and im pretty sure it happens at 600 still
Yesterday I tried to lift that circle base a little bit and felt the blood rushing back in so maybe its squeezing around the base of the penis too much or around the pubic area and restricting the blood floow, im not sure

Been wondering if i should try to use traction with the belt but its kinda frightening

Mr man

Hello Michealthomas,

firstly, take a longer break. 4-5 days  Then reduce traction tension to about 500g and reduce the traction time to about 5 hours max.

You are correct it is likely due to reduction of blood flow.

You might want to consider incorporating VED therapy? A VED device will increase blood flow. Whenever I use one. Blood flow increases so much. I have nightly erections acin to when I was 20 years old. Am 46 now.

I don't really use the device often, but am going to incorporate it in my therapy regime twice a week. Just for general penile health and to keep the healthy erections I already have.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

Asphyxia

I have tried traction with the belt and for the 2 days that i have used the belt my penis didnt go numb/cold

Is there something i can conclude from that to prevent it with the rod system? Il try lowering the tension for now
Id consider staying with the belt if only i could atleast estimate the tension with the belt, but i havent the slightest clue
