Can Small Indents in the Erect Penis be From Poor Blood flow From Pelvic Floor?

Hello today I noticed small indents/dents/grooves in the erect penis and I just wondered if this is a cause from pelvic floor tightness. Because over the past 3 months I have been having pelvic floor issues due to hard flaccid. When I was masturbating today I was feeling around the shaft and noticed like little indents in the erect penis that's it. I didn't noticed any lumps but just indents. I was wondering if this can be caused due to poor blood flow circulation from a tight pelvic floor causing weird things to happen to my erect penis such as small indents. I would appreciate it if anyone has a clue. Thanks.

And also should I look into grafting to get rid of this dent?

It's probably peyronies since I can feel a very little indent during flaccid too at the same spot. Oh well so now I have to find out what to do about fixing dents.

Dents are Peyronie's and can be removed by VED and traction. Traction got rid of my dents.

NeoV. How did you get rid of indents through traction ? I have been using restore x for a month and have a ventral plaque like you and the indentation is the same as before. P.s  I have seen most of your videos. In fact I first learned I had peyronies through you. Hahaha.

Dang! Well, I removed them by downward traction by hand. Please be careful.
