Okay to lay prone?

MambaMentality

As I discussed in my "Introducing Yourself" post, I am partaking in pelvic floor physical therapy to prevent my pelvic floor muscles from contracting. One of the exercises that I do for this is called the cobra, and it's where I lay down prone, put my forearms out, and arch my back (like a cobra), while breathing as instructed.  I was just wondering, could laying down prone worsen Peyronie's by chance? I am completely flaccid while doing these exercises and I've never heard of laying down on your stomach worsening Peyronie's, but I just wanted to make sure bc I'd rather be safe than sorry.

It wont worsen your peyronies. I do the exact same exercise/stretch for my pelvic floor problems. Just push your entire penis down between your leg area and try not to compress it too much.
