Zits on my penis, why?

For the first time in my life, saw a zit on my penis, and the next day another one, i dont know if its bad but im pretty sure that zits are a sign of inflammation, dmso with ascorbic acid is the most recent thing i started to use, and before that black seed oil, but one zit appeared where i didnt put any topicals at all.
Any idea why? Should i even be worried?

no, i wouldn't worry. I saw a top urologist Tom Lue who noticed one during his inspection and said it's perfectly normal to get zit or two.
