erect straightening exercise

Do any of you perform "erect straightening" exercise?

This is: with your penis erect (not while super hard rock, maybe 95%), with one hand holding the shaft of the penis (using it as a fulcrum too) and with the other hand very gently pushing against the curve until you feel the tension in the scar.

So for example, if one have a 35 degree curve, you reach 30 degree, feeling the tension but never pain. And holding.

I've been doing it for two weeks as a complement of manual traction.

I think is a very efective way to put in tension the scar.

I've seen this excersise recommended for peyronies on the internet,  also in PE forums they have reported straigthening results with this excercise . Even my uro told me to do.

What do you think?

One urologist recommended this type of traction, too. If it's true, that little injuries could cause peyronie, I would do traction with a flaccid penis. With PMP I can stretch my penis many hours a day with low tension and low risk.

Don't understand why you say this exercise would cause peyronie?? You mean worsen? On the other hand, traction, VED, masturbation, sex can also cause/worsen peyronies.

You are applying tension only and exactly where the scar tissue already is.

Juan: YOU SHOULD NEVER, EVER, NEVER MANIPULATE YOUR PENIS WHILE ERECT. Bending your penis while erect is exactly how you may give yourself a penile fracture. Also, those PE forum's are absolute junk with no proof to back up their supposed length gains. Prove me wrong.

Plenty of videos online from doctors explaining this and debunking jelqing and other nonsense exercises.

I do these all the time. My theory is that it is akin to modeling the penis post-implant. I feel tension right on the scar and the penis becomes sore. It is hard and painful to do for more than a few seconds though so i can't do it effectively.

Have never had any bad side-effects. Of course you're not bending it past maybe 10-15 degrees if that. But i do agree that it's kind of risky so you gotta be careful.

Hello Juan,
I also do erect streightening traction. Exactly as you describe. Have no idea if it's making a big difference, but can feel the scar stretch.

Am doing it supplementary to all day traction. About 8 hours.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

I have been using the SOMAcorrect 3 cylinder VED, and have occasionally become semi erect whilst in the tube, which I believe puts a more safe / consistent pressure on a semi / what feels like no more than 60 / 70% erection.

Its early days, as only been trying this method of the last couple of weeks, but I feel I can see a little improvement at the minute for the first time in almost a year
