Size After Implant

Guys,

Obviously a lot of discussion on this topic but I wanted to get people's opinions.

I was implanted a little over a week ago by Dr. Clavell with a Titan 25cm.  I had about a 30 degree curve and ED.

Whenever I would take Cialis and be fully aroused I would measure around 6.75" in length and 6" in girth close to the base.

I am currently 70% inflated and I am around 6" to 6.25" length and 5.75" girth close to the base.  I am getting a little self conscious about my size after the surgery.  I know am freaking out a little bit but I really liked my penis size before (and so did girls).

Questions I have:
1. Once I start cycling will I gain size?
2. Will I gain size the closer I get to 100% inflated?
3. What should my realistic expectations be?

I appreciate the input and help.

Specifically, you have a 24" Titan with a 1 CM rte.  Titan does not come in 25 CM.  It makes a difference in some discussions.

You do not mention if that is a bone pressed length before and currently.

In any case, I have a 22 CM Titan and I am 7" hard bone pressed.  Your implant is 3 CM or 3/4" longer than mine.  That does not mean your penis will be 3/4 of an inch longer because the crus (portion of the penis in the body) could be greater but even if all of that extra 3/4" was is in the crus (unlikely), you should get back to your presurgery length.  Remember that if you are deflated, every plump does not increase length, especially on a Titan.  It simply starts to fill the cylinder's girth. Any additional length only happens with the last several pumps.  Even though you are partially inflated, I think you will gain size for 6 months after cycling.

Hawk - correct, I have a 24cm Titan with 1cm RTE.  My measures were bone pressed.

I am currently 70% inflated right now and haven't been deflated since my surgery.  I have about 4.5 weeks until I deflate.  Dr. Clavell likes his patients to be 70% inflated for 6 weeks.

With a little more information, does it change your opinion?

It does not change my opinion.  This is why.

Worst case scenario - it could be argued that my cycling to 100% by week 1 would keep me from healing at a reduced size, and you would lose that advantage.  Even if that were true (which I somewhat doubt), the Titan will stretch you to your potential once you start to inflate.  It has tremendous rigidity.  It might take cycling to full inflation for 30 minutes twice a day for 6 - 12 months (maybe a lot less), but I am willing to bet you will be at least as much length and girth as the day before surgery.

If a 22CM implant gets me to 7" BPEL we certainly know that a 24 CM with 1CM RTE is enough implant to get you to 6 3/4".  assuming that was your accurate size before surgery

Keep in mind that your penis never gets to fully contract from the day you get a titan implant.

1. Is your swelling down enough that you can run your fingers along your cylinders and feel them?  If so, do you feel any kinks or folds in them (dogears, corners, etc.)
2.  I am interested in your height and weight and body frame (S,M, L) if you are inclined to share

Thanks for the info Hawk, can you help me understand what you mean by fully contract?

1. Yes, I can feel the tubes and doesn't feel like an folds or kinks.  I did notice my right tube feels not as rigid as my left tube.
2.  6ft 190 lbs

At times, whether affected by cold or adrenalin or just at random, when a penis is totally flaccid, it often retracts in length.  This is especially true of a "grower"  vs. a "shower."  your penis with a Titan implant will never retract in length enough that it will not hang lower than your scrotum.  You will always be near 6 " at full deflation.  This means even plunging into an ice-filled river; your days are over of ever having a penis that shrivels up or shortens to the point it does not hang down.  Because of this, your penis is always under at least slight tension from the implant.

Your Dr. told you that you are 75% inflation.  I wonder if that is a very crude, inaccurate indication that you are partially inflated, or it is more accurate such as; if it would take 20 pumps to inflate you fully, you have 15 pumps in which equals 3/4 of the potential?  If you think of inflating an air mattress, it is only the last topping off that starts to stretch it and increase the size.  Up to that point, it just lays there, barely taking shape.  At 75%, the cylinders are just getting to the point of taking shape and starting to stretch.

From a total flattened, drained, deflated state, my Titan can handle 10 - 12 full wall/to wall pumps and is still concealable in my clothes as a plump, flaccid penis.
15 pumps are minimally sufficient for intercourse, and most women would be happy
20 full wall to wall pumps is the maximum full pumps possible.  I can squeeze in a few more partial pumps
My point is that on a penis that takes 20 pumps, it is only 3 pumps to go from concealable full flaccid to acceptable for intercourse.  I would think if you are at 75%, you would be able to have well-lubricated intercourse in your present state.  All of this also indicates to single guys just how manageable it is when dating etc.  Anyone can work in 3 pumps during foreplay and a couple more for good measure along the way.

Appreciate the info Hawk.

Texted with the doctor this evening which he said it was an estimated 70%. "Could be 50-80% and it deflates some with time... so you might be at 50-60% now."

I measured again tonight and I'm slightly below 6" in length and slightly above 5.5" in girth close to the base.

Believe me when I say I understand your apprehension.  I think you will be very satisfied with the final result, however.

I am sure you are now at about your complete deflated length.

I am thinking so as well.

I'm gonna do my best but give the size concern a rest until I cleared to fully inflate and start cycling.  Will have much better data then.

When are your stitches removed and can you sit in the tub or are you limited to showers only?

How are you navigating every day life with a 50-80% hard on? Seems like a big ask to be like that for 6 weeks.

I don't do too much besides working at home, but I couldn't imagine going to the grocery store or golfing with my buddies while half erect. I'd be glued to the couch waiting to use it

Hawk - if I recall correctly I cannot soak for 6 weeks.  My stiches still haven't completely dissolved.

Anon - just learning how to conceal it and deal with it.  Mostly tucking into my waistband whenever I am going somewhere.

When you have a chance to chat with your doctor, I am very interested in his reasoning behind why you cannot cycle for 6 weeks. I think we can all benefit from understanding his point of view. As you know, Dr. Eid has patients cycling as soon as 4 days and having intercourse within 3 weeks.  He must have thoughts or concerns about that and it would be great if we could have some insight into his reasoning on the issue.

You might let him know that we have added his name to our doctor's list.
Also could you remind me whether he implants AMS products as well and about how many implants he does per year?

Hawk: I talked with the doctor and he was his response on cycling after 6 weeks - "Most patients are unable to cycle because of pain/swelling. Cycling too early can cause discomfort, pain, frustration and even delay healing. Early regular cycling is crucial within the first 3 months.  6 weeks is still early.   If by 4-5 weeks, you fee like pain is minimal and you are able to inflate/deflate,  I'm ok with you to cycle."

Yes, he does implant AMS and website states 150 implants per year.

Dr. Clavell is very appreciative of the forums support and being added to the doctors list.

Because I am healing well the doctor allowed me to start cycling at 4 weeks.

I deflated today and will start cycling tomorrow.  Wanted to give everything a break for the evening.

I did measure my flaccid penis and will take more measurements tomorrow when cycling.

Pre-op Erection: 6.75" L & 6" G
Post-op Flaccid: 5.75" L & 5.5" G

I do not recall measuring flaccid pre-op.

Cycling instructions are 30-60 minutes max inflation daily.  Does this line up with others?
