Priapism Fibrosis

I had a priapism event last week caused by trazodone. I had a rock hard erection for ~8 hours, no skin discoloration, only mild pain. I went to the ER after 4 hours and was able to get it aspirated/irrigated after 4 hours of waiting. Luckily a week later I still have good erectile function (no change). However, I am worried that the prolonged low-flow ischemia event may eventually result in corporal fibrosis. I'm also worried about damage done by the large gauge needle that they used to aspirate. Despite getting a nerve block I still felt a lot of pain during aspiration and have a palpable hematoma with skin discoloration in the vicinity of the needle insertion point.

My question is, what can I do to minimize fibrosis as result of the ischemia/trauma? I have started taking 2 g each of L-arginine, acetyl L-carnitine, as well as 400 mg CoQ10 and 5 mg Cialis daily. I also use the Penimaster Pro stretcher daily for 6-8 hours (took a break for week to heal). I started stretching ~2 years ago to gain length for vanity reasons, not related to Peyronies (I don't have it, yet). I would like to start taking Pentox but I fear that without evidence of fibrosis a urologist won't prescribe it. Also, I couldn't get a urology appointment until 2 months from now and would like to start ASAP. Is it possible to buy Pentox online?

How did you get a priapism for 8 hours but you went to the ER after 4? I don't get it.

I had to wait 4 hours in the ER before receiving treatment. It was a busy night and the attending doc had to consult with a urologist before proceeding.

didnt know its possible to get pentox without prescription, does it matter that its generic? id have to find a site that ships to my country

Generic should be just as good as name-brand. This particular generic is produced by Sanofi-Aventis. I can't vouch for reliablerxpharmacy yet until I the product arrives, but I will update the forum when that happens. There were a number of positive reviews for this site on another unrelated forum so I am somewhat confident.
