I learned in this forum that Pento is prescribed for Peyronies Disease, and it works. I made a quick google search on it, and I understand Pento is a vasodialator and anti-inflammatory, but so is Cialis. But Cialis, comes also with other benefits, one of these is on oxidated stress, also based on my research, the body do not develop a resistance to it. In a HRT forum, a man was able to reverse his Peyronies Disease, by only starting TRT and 5mg daily Cialis. Cialis also appears to have minor side effects. So why not Cialis instead of Pento?

I'm 34 yo, and I'm considering a 5mg daily Cialis, could it be enough since my age?

If you go to the typical urologist and get a Peyroines diagnosis you will almost, in all cases, be prescribed Pentoxifyllin (Pentox) and either Cialis or Viagra (Sildenafil). But, this is because the vast majority for urologists are not Peyroines specialists, have little or no interest in the disease, and really have nothing else they can offer you. Neither Pentox nor Cialis, nor Viagra are FDA approved in the USA or by the EU (the European Medicines Agency-EMA) as oral treatments for Peyroines. That doesn't mean they don't help in many cases, and they are not harmful (but be a bit careful with Pentox because it's a blood thinner and you might end up with more bruising, bleeding gums (although most guys don't get that on those drugs. I didn't)).The only drug therapy that has FDA approval to treat Peyroines is Xiaflex, and it's an injectable only, and Im fairly sure it was so approved by the EMA. . It requires a special license to inject, because it's an enzyme and can be quite dangerous if not injected into the plaque or the plaque is missed. Some guys have reported  success with non-traditional therapies, which you can review on the board. Whatever you do, find a good Peyroines specialist, an andrologist who only treats Peyroines if you can, and develop a treatment plan with that doctor to best suit your needs. Every Peyroines case is different and needs individualized care.

Palo puts out a ton of misinformation, so beware of any posts he makes.  Few urologists prescribe Pentox unless they are very familiar with treating Peyronies Disease.

The typical recommendations are for what is referred to as a PAV cocktail.  You take Pentox, Viagra (or other PDE5 inhibitor), Arginine.

It sounds like you have missed the most important post you could read when new to the forum.  Please read this carefully, more than once.
