Starting Xiapex soon, what to expect?

I am having Peyroines since 5 years and should start injections in a few weeks. My andrologist said there are no oral treatment or medicines that have been proven to work. Only Xiapex works and surgery  is no option for me. (Implants are out of the question ....he said because the only time you need implants is when there is total erektile failure and cialis and viagra don't work. Otherwise is should never be done). ( Peyroine's ruined my relationships).

I first took Pentoxifyllin because the Hausarzt advised it, but still referred me to a urologist who did ultrasounds. He continued the Pentox, it along with sildenafil. But it did nothing. My situation improved on its own anyway (the Hourglassing went away, but I don't know if the Pentoxifyllin has anything to do with it. Never had pain).

So I guess it's Just Xiapex followed by traction as the only therapy. I'm just hoping the injections arent painful.

I notice you failed to follow my direction to fill out your signature line.  Please do that prior to posting and also share your doctors' name with us and let us know how experienced he is on topics such as implants and Peyronies Disease.
