Sbny

36yr old male.

Pretty clean diet, in decent shape although with covid gym closures I haven't lifted for almost a yr. resting heart rate is around 40-50bpm. BMI around 19

Noticed an indentation on left side probably 6 months to 1yr ago and didnt make anything of it. then noticed it while flaccid as well. As of right now it is probably 2-3mm indent when erect and there is a slight curve that curves to the left as well. looks like there is indentation on right side when flaccid only.  No Bend

Very light pain by the base on the left side that happens once a while.. Idk if its my mind though. Other than that no pain.

Went to a Doc and he found a small lump, I came with pictures as advised here, he told me I can take Tadalafil 100mg every 3days. and Coq10 400-600mg.

that was early this month. Took the Tadalafil, but felt some lower back pain around the kidneys etc.. let him know he told me I can split the pill in half and take every 3days.. If been off it for now since I have a case of bronchitis and these inhalers increase my heart rate.  Once that done ill get back on it at half the dose. I am on the CoQ10 400mg daily. I have a follow up early next month.

I can live with this, although I have lost some girth... just want to make sure it doesn't progress. If i can reverse some the indentation that would be great as well.

He said I'm not a good candidate for injections or surgery, but im assuming I will be if this progresses. So far since the visit things seem the same but when you're taking pics and looking for difference kind of hard to really tell.

He also mentioned Restore X but after doing some research it seems like it is better for bends? I asked him as well about VED and he didn't seem to feel like it made a difference.

Any additional supplements? And should I be using ResotreX and a VED or is there a better device for traction for someone whos main issue is the indentation?

Thanks for all the help.

You have to assume that this will advance and approach it from that perspective and not just count on one or two things stopping it in its tracks.

Before you follow any other advice or get overwhelmed by a lot of opinions read the Survival Guide VERY CAREFULLY? https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.0.html

VED is your best bet for indentations. I think RestoreX is also good to do counter traction agains where the indentation is. I did this for months and it did help. I added VED a bit late but it is helping also.

I think the *best* form of traction is 6-8hrs of a vacuum based traction device - this should be the bulk of any Peyronie's therapy.
I also highly recommend using DMSO - check out the alternative treatments section of the board.

You'll want to do a multi-modal approach consisting of high-tension low time traction (restorex), low tension high time traction (penimaster pro), vacuum device, dmso, cialis, pentox, and supplements.

Best.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
