Asphyxia

Anyone tried both and noticed more benefits from either one?
I assume sauna is superior but the bath is much more available
So if the difference isnt too critical thats fine.

Also i tend to almost pass out when laying in heat in the bath as i have low blood pressure, maybe a sauna where i could stand or sit and walk in and out whenever would be better then?
