Hi,
I just picked up a SOMAerectStf for a roughly 20 degree upward bend.  I have been using it for a week with no issues.  I am trying to follow the protocol at the top of this board. I do have a question though...

When I pump up using the smallest chamber, I fill up that chamber with a straight erection.  And when I release the vacuum and remove the device, my bend is much less.  So this morning I decided to see what the B chamber was like and with that chamber I have quite a bit more bend.  So my question is, I am assuming that in a week or two when I am supposed to switch to the B chamber, I will still have that bend in the B chamber.  So should I just stick with the A chamber since that keeps my erection straight?  And I guess the theory is that over weeks of use, this will straighten out my erection without the device?

You are pumping up to full erection?

I’m also starting to get familiar with the somacorrect. I researched in the forum about the protocols and still have doubts. It seems there are two protocols. The 26 weeks 10 cycle dayli, changing the tube every week. But also found some guys doing pump up to 20% erection for 5 min, pump up to 30 % 5 min and pump up to 50% 5 min.
Maybe someone could clarify this. Thanks.

I’m being very gentle. So far I did maximum 3 pumps and release. Very afraid to overpump.
After the session the flaccid is very flexible.

This is what I was planning to do.  I have been pumping to about 80%...  I generally remove the tube in between each cycle to let down.

I've been pumping for the past two weeks and its fantastic. Obviously take care and be gentle, but as you do it more you'll become more comfortable with it.  I've found that by the 6th/7th cycle I'm getting really good blood flow and I'll pump until I can feel it in my soft spots. This has helped tremendously and honestly my confidence has BOOSTED.

Stick with it, it makes sense that it helps. Healthy for your penis regardless.

I'm not sure about removing the tube or not. When I started I did, but now I will let my penis get soft inside the tube as I release pressure and sometimes remove the tube just for a bit. It isn't a science, the key is to use your intuition and treat it like a stretch.

Hi guys just take it easy for the first month, then you can start to increase your pumping if you feel ok with that, i 've used the Soma now for over 3 years and still processed with caution, i now do a 15 minute session each morning, i can now pump to max without any side effects, so enjoy your VED and it will reward you.

If I am getting a bend with the middle chamber, should I stick with the smaller chamber since I stay straighter in that chamber?  Thanks.

Hi longmire, you should if you can use all 3 cylinders as per protocol, you will find that you get a different vacuum pressure in the larger cylinders which helps the recovery process of your penis, you may find after a couple of months that you are to big for the 'A' cylinder have to continue with only 2 cylinders, that's ok just keep to protocol with the 2 cylinders.

I’ve been using VED for just one week. I’m still getting used to the sensations. I really think it’s very positive. Right after finish the session I feel the penis very flexible. I think for hard flaccid, pan is good.

Yesterday, before start the ved session I introduced my erect penis into the A cylinder in order to have a visual reference of how much I should pump (don’t want to exceed 50% for now). But doing that I couldn’t avoid to get aroused and started to masturbate with the soma (no vacuum at all, the release button all time pressed). I did it gently. Few minutes and then took my penis out of the soma and finished by hand. After ejaculate I proceeded the 15min VED session without any pain or discomfort.

My worry now is if could have done some kind of damage to myself while masturbating with the soma as my girth while erect is in the limit the get into the A cylinder. I can introduce but thighly.

Other question is if there is any contraindication of doing ved after masturbate or getting a full erection. In my logic this could be even positive as you are warmind your penis up, expanding veins and tissues to your maximum natural etc. So later the blood flow generated with the ved will flow better?

My last question: when to do manual traction: right before ved? Right After ved? Give some rest from ved?

Ok, thanks Monty.  So I guess that the straightening aspect of the smaller tube is not the only benefit to the treatment.  And yes, it does get tight in the small tube, especially the glans.  So I will just follow the treatment.  Also, I didn't notice where the protocol said how much to pump so I have been doing about 80%.  I think I saw that in a another thread.  So I guess that is ok.
