Sexual performance anxiety: my new regimen

I'm 44 y.o., I've battled sexual performance anxiety (coital anxiety) for most of my life. Finasteride and now dutasteride for hair loss haven't helped, either.

I can't really complain, I've had a great sex life over the years and oral meds have done wonders in my case.

The problem is: Cialis has stopped working for me after 10 years of regular use and now I'm trying to come up with a new regimen.

I thought apomorphine would be a magical solution for my sexual anxiety but it wasn't. In fact, I've had negative experiences with all centrally acting drugs for ED: apomorphine, cabergoline, trazodone and even a supplement called melatonin.

Here's my new regimen:

a) Avanafil 200mg or udenafil 200mg (the former works well for me but its half-life is very short, I haven't tried the latter yet);

b) Oral phentolamine 40 mg as needed;

c) Seredyn, as needed;

d) Daily pycnogenol complex before going to sleep, just to maintain vascular health;

e) Regular exercise (HIIT).

Other tips include abstaining from sex after a negative sexual experience (just to clear my mind) and doing constant research on this subject - the more you know about ED, the less stressful it will be.

I have tried SEREDYN in the past with excellent results and now I want to return to it. Seredyn is not exactly an ED treatment, it's just a anxiety supplement but some of its ingredients have been used to improve sexual dysfunction (e.g. suntheanine, vitamin B3).

Any tips on how to battle sexual anxiety are more than welcome. Thanks in advance!

Have a friend who went through similar thing. He switched to viagra and  boom he was fine. A good sex therapist can help too..

I agree, a hood sex therapist or even just a good therapist who can address anxiety.
