Dosage Advice

Hi

Have been doing traction and ved for approximately 6 months, with little signs of improvement. Having read a lot about oral treatments, I have started taking the following :

Daily :

2 x 50mg cq010
2 x 750 mb L-Citrulline
1 x 2.5mg Taladafil

Can anyone advise if the dosage amounts look OK?

Coq10 2 x 50 mg, where did you find this small dosage? The dosage used in peyronie's study was 300 mg. I'm taking 200 mg twice a day myself.

Uk supplier, vitabiotics, supplies this dosage, and packaging states no more than two tablets a day?. The only thing I can add is it says pure cq010 on the packet?

Coq10 usually comes in 100mg or 200mg capsules, I would look for a different brand to get the proper dosage. Your citrulline dosage is good. Some people go for 3000mg per day but if 1500mg works, why go higher. I can't comment on taladafil since I don't like drugs, never take them, more harm than good in the long term.

You can get coq10 pretty cheap from iHerb, a lot cheaper than from uk even with customs fees etc.
