Peyronies Disease started abruptly last October, saw urologist this September. Prescribed VED and Pentox.

Been reading the threads. After one month of VED and using castor oil, vitamin e oil, and emu oil massages alone and then with DMSO finally tried 80% DMSO, 10% Ascorbic acid, and 10% white vinegar.

Results: Left curvature reduced from 55° to 20° in three weeks. I can feel the small nodule spitting into two sections and getting smaller.

A new upward curve about one inch above the base has developed but not a show stopper.

VED use is twice daily and I pump till just about painful, release vacuum then repeat for around 15 minutes. Prominent hourglassing is now barely noticeable.

I have taken 240,000 of Serrapaptase daily for about 5 weeks.

Hoping to see the light at the end of the tunnel soon. If no light by end of the year going for injections, or an implant.

Please keep us updated as often as possible. Not many guys want to try DMSO but the more information the better.

No changes on the upward curve though concentrating on that area now. VED with cock ring is like a normal erection. I only notice a difference in the erection when using Viagra or an Edex injection. Seems the more I maintain erections with DMSO oil massages the more improvement is noticed. Next urology appointment is in December and will see how things progress. Have length and girth back to normal and very glad the hourglass is barely noticeable. DMSO can be a bit intimidating, but at 60 yo feel not much to lose by trying everything short of an implant for a cure..

Should have mentioned the reason for seeing the urologist was the erections were so painful something had to be done. Interestingly enough after using the VED for a few days all the pain during erections went away and I have not had any pain since with the VED. I do have some pain with a natural erection but nothing unbearable like before.

I basically just try to have erections as much as possible whether by the VED or natural.. just try to keep the fella stretched out as many times as possible while using the oils, etc. to hopefully soften and dissolve things up. Besides the soft nodules I really can't feel any hard calcifications anywhere.

Update:. After using a flexible gel pack heated in the microwave for 30 seconds the upward bend is virtually gone after a week. After two months I m down to guessing a 10-15° left curve and it's barely noticeable.

Still using the VED but now down to once a day. Will see the urologist next month and just going to request more time with the Pentox. I don't see any need to do anymore with such a small bend and virtually no pain during erections. The hourglass is gone.

Keep the faith and be persistent. It's a slow recovery though doable.

About two months on Pentox with a dosage of 400 mg taken morning and evening. Pentox is simply amazing. The blood vessels are very visible. Took about 3-5 weeks on Pentox to notice the improvement in blood flow.

Hourglassing in middle is virtually gone, upward curve gone, and left bend has improved from 55° to current of guessing 15°.

The worse the curve had been was probably around 85 maybe even 90°, and by the time I saw the doctor it was down to 55°, wish I had taken photos when it was at its worst.

I'm not sure the model because I already threw away the box but I got it off Amazon it's uses the regular micro USB for charging and it has a masturbator silicone sleeve which is been freaking amazing for keeping it centered in the tube if you have like a big curve to one side this will keep it straight

Finished the three months treatment and just about back to normal. Urologist will keep me on Pentox for six more months just to be on the the safe side.

Three months of determination and a lot of VED use along with the DSMO formula really paid off. I did learn to oil up before using the VED and just kept cycling the VED until penis length was normal then hold it there for as long as possible. Takes about 5 minutes of cycling to get the stretch. Will update as time goes on.

What do you guys recommend? Ive read its used topically aswell as orally, anyone tried ingesting it?
