Age? 26 Yrs Old

What did your medical doctor conclude?
I havent met any doctor due to Covid-2019 stay at home protocol. I plan to solve this with self treatment because i didn't find it to be priority. I just want to correct it if possible, i dont have any pain during erection, i just feel not confident with 30 degree curved looks

How long have you had symptoms?
I just noticed my penis curved upwards when i was in university but i didnt have any pain on my penis during erection but uncomfortable during woman on top position with my gf.

What are your symptoms?
i have curved penis around 30 degree and i feel low self esteem during bed time.

What treatments have you tried and what were the results?
I havent tried any treatments and about to try new one. But i would like to get some opinion from this forum about the treatment.

Do you have insurance or means to get medical treatment?
I havent consult with any doctors and came to this forum to get some opinion for self treatment. I am planning to take oral pentoxifylline 400 mg 3 times per day , propolis 600 mg per day, blueberry 160 mg per day, vitamin e 600mg per day. I got the information from this website https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4706125/

where are you in dealing with the psychological aspects of Peyronies Disease?

Are you in a relationship? Yes

I have a plan to take the medication for 6 months before checking for another results. Any thoughts about this PTX treatment? Will it help my 30 degree penis back to normal without having to inject ? Thank you in advance!

Was your penis straight before this? Do you feel any plaque in there? Might be good to know if this is congenital curve or Peyronies. There are things you can do for both but no oral med is proven to reduce curve unfortunately.

I agree that 30 degrees is generally ok for sex. But you can't go by looks. The curve to me appears to be closer to 40 degrees. Starfang88, I can measure this if you want, or you can do it yourself (See instructions below). I can tell you from personal experience that 40 degrees and upwards becomes very difficult for intercourse.

If this is a new curve it could be Peyronies Disease and continue to worsen.  Then, it is important to treat early to halt any progression.  If you've always had this curve  when erect then only surgery is the option.  Meanwhile, stick to the missionary position to decrease your pain and increase partners pleasure as you will directly stimulate their errogenous zones.  Also, having her on top can damage your penis if it slips out and she lands on it.  Let us know if it's cogenital or new-that's what will determine the advice.  Also, https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057

I'd say first get a diagnosis. There's no point in guessing. If it's Peyroines then you look like a perfect candidate for Xiapex followed by traction.

I would also suggest getting a diagnosis, although I don't trust all urologists to properly do this. You have to find a doctor who has some knowledge about peyronies.

I measure you at just around 25 degrees which is pretty typical.
