Thought I found the perfect implant for me. According to his website it adds 2 inches in length and 2 inches in girth. The reviews seemed to be great on his website, but if you check on thunders place or other sites they are awful. Some people had their dick destroyed. Has anyone gotten it done?

I would never ever do this.
With a regular Titan implant you can gain significant girth.

If you get into the penis enlargement game guy's have reported up to 2 inches gain on best cases, i'd rather try that way before an implant.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

Guys the facts about implants are here.  I am an implant enthusiast because I have 15 years experience with most other treatments and 15 years experience immersed in this forum and thousands of stories.  There is no implant that gives you a significantly biger dick than you were born with.  At the VEY BEST you will end up with 1/4" increase in length and girth of your healthy penis.  If you lost an inch from Peyronies Disease you might gain most of it back, same with girth but I only know one person who atually lost some length and gained all of it back plus a little extra fraction of an inch and that is with an exceptional surgeon who is known for pushing the envelope and risking the the largest implant he thinks he can get by with.  Getting oversized with an implant is as bad or worse than being under-sized.

If any doctor tells you he can give you an inch over your natural length, RUN because it is BS.

Michiganguy,

I am there with Hawk. If you read back far enough on other sites of guys that sought penis enlargement, they were always failures. I seem to remember there was a big fad with silicone and look what happened to those guys. They had terrible disfigurements. Guys were going to Mexico to get the enlargements and they thought wow, they had a huge penis, but then the silicone started reacting with their bodies, some guys lost big time, one died.
Hawk is right, go with mainstream proven physicians. There is a big list on here of reliable excellent surgeons.
Best wishes in your search and always ask for help.

According its website, Penuma received 510(k) clearance from the US FDA (I think that isn't the same thing as FDA approval, but it might still be something).
Also, I'm hearing that reputable Peyronie's surgeons like Dr. Levine and Dr. Valenzuela have started doing Penuma (though not necessarily on Peyronie's patients).
On the other hand, my regular urologist (not surgeon) says he's heard his share of horror stories and he thinks the risk of infection is high.

In any case, the 2 inch length/girth increase is hard for me to believe (or any increase of erect length, for that matter) - but I find it conceivable that it helps with girth, which is usually more important for your partner anyway.

The main reason I'm interested is that I figure it might help give a baseline stretch that helps dorsal curvature, almost like a traction device worn for 24 hours a day on a low force setting. Any opinion on that? (@Hawk, I'd appreciate your input)

Anyone here who has done it?

What's the deal with circumcision? Some of you mentioned that the extra skin can't hurt, which makes sense to me. However, Dr. Elist seems to be adamant that only circumcised guys qualify.
In my 30's. Stable non-calcified Peyronie's, 45° dorsal. No change with Xiaflex, Verapamil, RestoreX traction.

Wait!
Did you read all the complaints against Dr Elist?
That is a red flag against pneuma!
Don't be fooled.
If this procedure was so good, it would be offered by more respected physicians.
I am curious to see what Hawk says.

You asked for my input.  I'll be blunt.  I know little about this but this is my thought process. 510(k) clearance from the US FDA is a fast-tracking process for medical devices that have similarities to approved devices.  Many argue that it puts patients at risk.

It defies reason that you can make your dick 2"longer.  If that were true literally 75% of men on earth would be insisting on this implant.  This entire concept makes ZERO sense to me.  It is not inflatable.  Where would the length come from?  Since it is a set size the instant it goes in it is the size you are ALWAYS going to be 24/7.  I guess you would still have glans sensitivity but it looks like your tunica is overlaid with the material.

I see no value in this but possibly artificially increasing girth; no correction for ED. No correction for Peyronies Disease there for not likely covered by insurance or tax paid medical care.  My knowledge is limited but to me the entire concept seems ridiculous.
