PeniMaster Pro Question

I have been using my new PeniMaster Pro for about one week - 6 hours a day.  Unfortunately I am breaking one to two of the diaphragms daily.  I have tried all three sizes but they all seem to last only a short while.  Have any of you experienced this?  If so how did you fix it.

Secondly, has anyone tried using the suction attachment without the diaphragm and only the sluice?  I noticed when the diaphragm broke under vacuum the device still held in place with only the sluice.

I wrote the manufacturer but am still waiting for a reply.

Some have replace sluice with small balloons.

Getting the glans in there is an art and definitely took me some practice. But I haven't broken any yet. Are you using the green bellows thing or the hose attachment to create the vacuum? Maybe you're applying too much of a vacuum?
