First of all, I'm very grateful to have found this forum. As you all quite clearly understand, this is concerning and frustrating.

Over the course of the past year, I have noticed that my erection is curving downward, like that of a banana. It also curves to the left a bit. Similarly, the erection is not as rock-hard as it once was. My penis once measured in at close to 9 inches when fully erect and now I'm slightly below 8 inches. Also, I have noticed that I have a hard center tube when my penis is flaccid. I am able to have sex, but I do have discomfort and am unable to fully penetrate to where I once was and my semen volume seems to be decreased because of this.I am also losing some sensation when I masterbate, I'm not certain if this is related.

I had my yearly physical last week and discussed it with my physician and he referred me to a urologist, whom I see on Saturday. I would very much appreciate your thoughts and comments before my appointment so that so can make informed decisions upon any diagnosis. This is very concerning for me as it impedes my sex life, confidence and just makes me anxious. I am not certain how much of what I have said is relevant, but felt it best to be fully honest.

Looking forward to any replies I may receive. Thank you! :)

Welcome to the forum Acesandjacks.  I wish you didn't have to be here but since you do I hope you find the info and support you need.

The important thing you can do before your appointment is read this, more than once  --->  https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.0.html

There is a lot of information there including link to Pentox studies you might want to print off.  Pentox is used off label for Peyronies Disease but since it is off label (not what it was developed for) many doctors hesitate to prescribe it.  Tactfully sharing the studies may help.  Saying "the internet says you should give me this" likely will not help.  If your doctor is a Peyronies Disease specialist he will know about Pentox.

You cannot post photos until you have posted 5 posts and you can attach them to any post you make as long as there is a functional reason to do so.  You should limit the file size to 100KB or less and best to use a .jpg format.

Finally there is a world of difference in the responses you wil get if you fill out your signature line with info about yourself like the info you see about me below my posts.  It is a little trickier on a phone than on a PC but here are where you can read the instructions ------> https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,10819.0.html

Welcome again.  There are a lot of homework assignments so talk to you later.

I think I toggled a setting that allow you to post a photo or two.  Our reason for restricting that on new members is spammers and bot registering and immediately posting ads before we can ban them.
