Traction helps with curvature and length but when you have hourglass or hinge deformities, surgery is still the only viable option. It's absolutely astounding and mortifying. Maybe not for the old guy here. I'd probably kill a random guy to not have this disease at 22. Going to jail for 15 years is better than having peyronie's and your entire life destroyed you might think? Maybe for sure
THIS USER HAS BEEN BANNED FROM FORUM FOR REPEATED RULE VIOLATIONS He never had Peyronies Disease but has body dysmorphia and his pastime was to attack all treatments, medical resources, and opinions.

Not true, traction and VED can help with hourglassing, narrowing and dents (girth) as well as curves and length.

Hello Peter,
Please don't think about killing people. It will never prospour you.

Anyway... You can defeat hourglass with traction. Start as soon as possible. Hourglass restricts blood flow and might starve healthy tissue from vital nutrients and oxygen but It might not.

I had an hourglass shape. Over about 16 months. I used manual traction, vacuum device, and traction devices.
All contributed to recovery. Hourglas has 100% gone.

I know this disease is bloody horrible, but being paitient and gentle. Can garner amazing results.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.
