I have had serious improvement over the last 4 days by taking 1200mg ibuprofen, which has eliminated pain and seems to be returning my penis to normal. I was unsure of whether I have peyronies or hard flaccid or what it was, but I am annoyed I didn't take it before.  It has basically removed all inflammation. Why is it not a standard?

It is for pain but most simply dismiss it.

Ibuprofen definitely has a good anti-inflammatory agent to it.  Naproxen or naprosen is even better and is found in Alieve, for example. I wonder if it would give even better results.

But great job for trying something and especially for seeing some results and sharing them!

Peyronie's since 2017
Have tried: X4Labs Extender; Phallosan; Jelqing; Manual Massage & Stretches; VED Pump; DMSO + Iodine, Vit E; Ultrasound.
Curve gone from 90 degrees to 20.
Still have hour glassing, which I HATE
Open to new suggestions & ideas.

It seems to have helped me recently
Daily Traction for 5-6 hours. Tension is set to 600g.
Pentox 600mg twice daily. Improvements are showing with this routine. Still have a 15-20 degree upward bend.
