How long do I use a VED for?

How long do I use a VED for? I'm just using it to try to correct my curve. How long should I hold it in for?

no set rules for this, i think you should not hold vacuum for more than a few seconds (10 seconds is what i do)
but how long is your session, by pumping up hold release then repeat this for a time that's suits you ( i use a 15 minute session each day) so i found best for me was to pump up hold release, and repeat for 15 minutes.
