L-Citrulline combined with aspirin before sex

Is it safe to take L-Citrulline and aspirin the same time before sex?  (Or should they be slightly spaced out in the day?).

If so, What dose would you take maximum of the L-Citrulline and aspirin together and how long before sex to get erection help?

Also, is it okay to do these two while drinking alcohol?
